  Nice to have coffee and bagels in the neighborhood. Average at best compared to a NY or NJ bagel. Nicely decorated and clean!

  My experience this week prompted me to place this honest, in my opinion, review. The bagels here taste average and are rather small for the price. The customer service this week was poor. The owner was tending the register. She seemed annoyed to be doing so and was not pleasant, nor welcoming. She failed to even say thank you after a $30 purchase. Okay, so I thought maybe it was just me. Although I ordered with a smile on my face, maybe something about me prompted this. As I waited for my order, I watched as she did not thank the next 5 customers. Of course, those that ordered a coffee were prompted to take a coffee card. All this, while there is a help wanted posting looking for team players. In the past, the person tending to the register has always been pleasant and thanked me. I would return for the food but not the attitude.

  I used to stop down the street at Orlando's for a lunch time slice. Then I found real food, thanks for helping me realize i was eating food for toddlers. Highly recommend these bagels!
